They are incredibly easy to work with. Communication is always fast, clear, and to the point, and everything is done exactly as promised, and beyond! I have placed several orders with them, starting with a smash cake that turned out beautifully. It looked exactly how I asked and tasted just as good. They were thoughtful to include extra icing for the smash cake and gave clear instructions to make sure it was soft and ready for pictures, ensuring smashing success 😉. Every interaction has been smooth and reliable. Definitely ordering again.

Jackie, from the Happy Hippo Bakery, did a beautiful job on my 20th wedding anniversary cake. It was almost too decorative to cut. She made a red velvet cake with my favorite cream cheese frosting. It was delicious! We had over fifty people, and everyone received an ample piece with plenty for seconds. Everyone loved it!

Happy Hippo Bakery did an amazing job on the Minnie Mouse–themed cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday party! Communication throughout the process was fantastic, and pickup was very easy. She was also incredibly flexible and accommodating when I was running a little behind for pickup, which I really appreciated. The cupcakes were adorable, the icing was delicious, and they were a huge hit at the party. I would definitely order from Happy Hippo Bakery again!
Jackie created the most amazing pancake cake for my husband. It was beautiful and he was so surprised. We did a cookies and cream cake and it was delicious! We ate the entire thing the frosting is so soft and tastes amazing and Jackie is just a dream to work with she can take any idea and bring it to life for your event! Most people scrape the frosting off but my family was literally eating the frosting by the spoonful that's how good it was:) Just book the cake. And get some cookies while you're at it they ARE DELICIOUS!
